iSpeech is a paediatric speech pathology practice supporting children and families across South East Melbourne. We believe therapy works best when children feel safe, understood and involved in the process.

Our small team works together to support children and families — from speech pathology and therapy through to the day-to-day coordination that keeps everything running smoothly.
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
Yana is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a particular interest in language, social communication and emotion coaching. She values relationship-led, child-centred therapy and works closely with families to build communication skills that carry into everyday life. Yana speaks English and Russian and has some conversational Spanish.
Practice Assistant
Victoria has been part of iSpeech for the past three years, working behind the scenes to keep the practice organised and running smoothly. From accounts and client administration to the many small tasks that happen in the background, she helps take care of the details so our clinicians can focus on supporting children and families. Victoria speaks English and Russian.
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
Larni holds a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from The University of Melbourne. She is passionate about supporting children and teens to achieve their communication goals through practical and engaging sessions. As a parent of two, Larni brings deep empathy, respect, and a practical understanding of family life to her practice.
